Due to supplier and delivery company office closures during the Christmas
holiday period, for items with a lead time of 10 days or more please allow
a further 7 to 10 days to the lead time stated in the listing.

either before you make a purchase or afterwards, please give us a call on 0870
0348684, Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm. During weekends and evenings
you can leave us a message and we will endeavour to get back to you that evening;
failing this we will contact you the next working day. Alternatively, you can

as and when they arrive, but if for some reason we are unable to answer your
query immediately, we will reply by the next working day.
